REFUND POLICY

WHAT IF THE SEAT COVER DOESN'T FIT MY CAR?

Sorry to hear about that! If the seat cover you received doesn't fit your car, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item's arrival.
Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We support 30-day return policy.
1. Please reach out to LINGVIDO customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. LINGVIDO support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to LINGVIDO with the following information:

  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

RETURN CONDITIONS

Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund process begins once the returned item is returned to LINGVIDO's warehouse for inspection.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Item must include original packaging.
  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • LINGVIDO refunds the cost of the product itself. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
  • Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
  • If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact lingvidott@outlook.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
  • Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not refund under the following circumstances:
    The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through LINGVIDO's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.


Please fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when placing an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.

If the item you are returning is eligible for an exchange, you may request an exchange during your process of return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
