I lost my order number. Can I still register?
Yes. Email service@lingvido.net with your purchase date and the email you used, and we'll find it.
My fit guarantee has already expired. Anything I can do?
For manufacturing defects we'll still help even past the guarantee period — we don't sell products we won't stand behind. Email us with photos of the issue.
I bought from a wholesale partner, not lingvido.net directly. Am I covered?
Yes. Wholesale-sourced products carry the same 1-Year Fit Guarantee. Use the wholesale partner's invoice number in the order field, or email service@lingvido.net for help.
Does the warranty cover hand-down to a second owner?
The 1-Year Fit Guarantee covers the original purchase regardless of who's using the product — we don't gatekeep on resale.
How do I get the extra 6 months of coverage?
Register your order and upload an install photo. That extends your 1-Year Fit Guarantee to 18 months total — the extension is tied to registering with a photo, not a separate plan.
